It's real. It was a part of the Infrastructure Act passed during Biden. But, I'm not sure how the hell you are going to be able to enforce this. That's a lot of very advanced tech companies would have to procure.

Judges who release habitual violent criminals should go on trial with those same criminals when they do shit like that.

I drove through it a couple months ago and was shocked how many homeless people and drug looking people were there.

The voters have to clean that shit up. It's a small town ultimately, they could get someone in there to clean the streets and crack down on the drugs and homelessness. They are just too in love with their liberal idelogies to bother.

Hopefully it will return to normalcy when people stop going there. I know I have the last few years.
