If as you just posted, the Boston FBI Office has set up a command post there, then he's not 0-2. This is just you looking desperately for some reason to tell everyone to layoff the idiot FBI director and stop shooting off at the mouth.

Besides, let's assume that the FBI is in fact only there in a support role. Why would the FBI director be putting out information that they had caught the guy? Shouldn't he let the locals put that out?
