Not only that but much of what she said isn't even factually true. And it has much of the undertones of the Orwellian hellscape you refer to when she talks about tech and "regulation."

I think there are many amazing people in England. But what they are becoming and propaganda like this lady is scary to me. Not because I ever want to visit there but because I fear the USA heading down a path that eventually leads to what England is now.

Don't know, but sounded like they were talking about someone else who did this. I think her point was that if someone as brilliant and successful as she could do this, then anyone could.

That's what I meant by "trying to give a life lesson" and that's the main feel I got from it. Those people are always doing that shit. Celebs think (and are correct with some dumbasses) that the general public needs guidance because they are too stupid to know any better on their own.
