It was a live news broadcast that was following a very high speed police chase of a person on a motorcycle on very busy city roads (Los Angeles maybe?).

Predictably, the motorcyclist eventually crashed into an oncoming car and went FLYING.

Cut to the frazzled news anchor who let out an exclamation and then struggled to stifle her smirk at the goings-on.
