If the f*ing NFL lets this guy play it's an absolute joke. Hardy had to sit out an entire year on the commissioners exempt list but this guy can play right away after having like his 5th incident. The last one being a DUI hit and run?

Might be the plan... He needs to be on a roster to serve the suspension. Maybe it's like, hey, let's start the clock running so I can earn my time served.

Ya, but then wouldn't the Raiders want another year on the cheap tacked on? Otherwise they are giving him a chance to serve time and then walk.
