The Coronavirus Thread...

There is never a situation where government overreach is warranted. Never ever never. You give up your liberties and the government will never give them back. Remember how the income tax was just to pay for World War I? Yeah, me too.

Yeah just makes me very uncomfortable. I don't like that government thinks they have the authority to dictate people's lives in that fashion. Next time it won't be the virus, it will be some other excuse as to why government feels like they can pry their way into our private lives. And the more it happens the more people become comfortable with the fact that big brother has to look out for the public who isn't capable of surviving on their own.

It's absolutely incredible to me how people are being accepting of this. Blows my mind.

Having to work from home until further notice now. I need to be entertained. Entertain me, you fools!

Well, China says their problems are over and the pandemic in their country is finished. Guess that what happens when the US doles out their treasury to places like the World Health Organization.

Wow, that sucks.

1) they deserve to die
2) are college girls getting uglier and fatter?

Ugh.

Do we deserve this for raising a generation of catered-to kids who think the world revolves around them?

Well so I'm on home quarantine as of today until my test comes back (may be a week). Developed a runny nose and muscle aches. Nothing major. I probably have a normal cold. No cough, no fever. However, I can't in good conscious keep working if there is any doubt. Would you want a sniffing doctor?

Unpaid leave...sigh...

Keep checking your mailbox, we’re all supposedly going to get a check in the mail within a few weeks.

Hope you feel better soon. If nothing else, at least you’re out of the line of fire for a while.

So, take this party hat and horn, thank you for your service and post more, seriously.

Celebrity physician Dr. Drew Pinsky said the “media should be ashamed of themselves” for creating “panic” around the coronavirus outbreak.

Pinsky said journalists created “a panic that is far worse than the viral outbreak” during his interview on the Washington Examiner’s podcast Examining Politics, which was hosted by Larry O’Connor.

“I don’t claim to know what’s motivating the media, but my God, their reporting is absolutely reprehensible,” Pinsky said.

And I for one think he is absolutely correct.
