I don't think every major tragedy of the last century was orchestrated by the government.

There are bad people in the world and only some of them work for the government.

The problem is a lot of people in the government have ties to people who can orchestrate that shit and they simply turn a blind eye to it. Which makes them just as complicit.

I don't see it. Looks like the building/windows start to buckle and the light reflects off them differently as the angle changes.
