If we set the cutoff at 2013, it would be much easier to pick a GOAT.

I vote We're the Millers. But then again, I haven't watched many new movies this year.
 
Better off Dead had Booger in his legendary role of "Charles De Mar"

The 3:11 mark is the best in a movie full of great scenes with master booger.

It wasn't anywhere near Coming to America, Harlem Night, or Trading Places, but it was funny.

The Police Academy movies were pretty good as well.
