I have no problem speaking with Indian tech support.

They are very helpful and don't waste any time bullshitting.

Problems always get resolved when I speak with one of them completely and timely.

Just came back from lunch to a VM from a tech support vendor.

I'd rather talk to someone who doesn't have a heavy accent. Can't understand them otherwise, its messed up, the older I get the worse it gets.

Is it my imagination or has the size of a Hershey's kiss diminished over the years?

I don't eat them often, but I raided our basket with leftover candy from Christmas and these were much smaller than I remember.

My coworker on the West side of Katy stayed home today. I live on the East side and didn't have a problem getting in, but the shoulders had some pretty deep water in places. Had to stay in the middle lanes
