Personally I am happy to discuss football.

For instance, coverage in the secondary is more important than pass rush. Discuss.

I like a good social debate, but Christ, this shit has been awful.

I get is the dead season and I really get the election year thing.

It just seems that in years past, in the same situation, it has never been this stupid and contrived.

No matter what, this board, in one way shape or form, has been around for over a decade.

as for the next revolutionary gadget, self-driving cars. When will they be here and how will our lives be radically different? I'm talking no people in cars driving.

No no need to chauffeur kids around. They get dropped off at soccer practice and picked up while you sit at home eating bon-bons.
Less airplane trips. Airline industry goes to shit. I'd rather sleep in my car overnight while car self drives from midnight to 7am.
More weekend trips.
More sex in cars, more used condoms found on road
Fewer accidents, so fewer car sales. Car manufacturers in deep shit.
Self-driving hotel rooms and business offices become an industry.
 
Even with Uber, high school boys now sending a car to pick up a girl to come over.
 
Advice on home security systems and features necessary/waste? electronic stores now selling 6 camera systems, wireless, send live picture to your iPhone with motion detector notifications and download to cloud for under $1k.

Very tempting.

I've been coming here a lot less lately. I realize it is the offseason, but let's spend more time talking about barbecue and beer and less time talking about politics and religion.

I might never drive again if I didn't have to. It isn't that I hate driving, but I'd much rather be spending that time doing something else

I agree. I think I'm going to lay off for a bit. It's become tiresome.
 
I am so fucking sore from working on our barn/patio. Hell, it even hurts to type because even the muscles in my fingers are sore. :lol
 
But, that won't keep me from testing like a mug up in here.
