Test...

Not quite as bad as sheetrockers, but pretty damned close.

I ain't got time to wait on you bastids. With your clown wanting-to-be-asses on your stilts and your fancy tape/mud boxes.

GTFO of mah house!

Several years ago one of my friends brought his little brother by the house and we were talking about college football. Their whole family are Alabama freaks and his little brother said he had a premonition that Nick Saban was going to sign with Alabama. We all agreed that if he did, they would likely win a National Championship pretty quickly.

This same kid is no longer a kid anymore, but he still comes by every now and then.

Three years ago he told me that he had a dream that my wife & I were having another kid. "Oh no, I thought...I don't need any more girls, we're done!"

That's when he told me not to worry, it was going to be a boy. He saw it in his dream.

Fast forward to this spring when we found out we were pregnant, and he was one of the first people to come by to congratulate us.

"How are you going to paint the room?" he asked. I told him we'd have to wait until we found out what the sex was.

"It's a boy, I told you that 3 years ago...remember?"

~awkward silence~

So we found out it's a boy and I now finally believe that my kid and Nick Saban are tightly connected through the stars.

While the walls of the baby's room are gonna be Cowboys colors, I'm going to paint a few crimson stars on the ceiling in honor of this scary guy who called it. Stars fell on Alabama, bitches!

I couldn't wait to share it.

That's a fantastic story.

I'm so inspired by this that I decided to create you a sketch for your son's room, that way, when the time comes you'll already have it all laid out and you simply have to get to work. I went ahead and put together the entire plan based on your description - that's paint, design, and fat heads to boot.

You're welcome.

You really shouldn't have.

~turning head to side, biting lip, but still not holding back tears~

The Metro version of IE 10 on a touchscreen is a really good browser.

Your paint skills are impressive.

One thing that I've learned is that you always go with your gut.

That one just feels right.

Now there are different versions of IE?

Get that shit outta here!

I did say vertical stripes though. Were they too much of a challenge?

Yea, lots of people think I went to design school, but I'm just naturally skilled I guess.

I try to be modest, but it's hard when you're this talented. :art

Not at all.

But see, being an expert and all, sometimes we have to lay things out differently than what the homeowners envision. We're kinda here to keep protect you from yourself, you know what I mean?

Trust me, the horizontal stripe works better. It'll increase the resale value of your home, whereas your way would've driven potential buyers away.

I'm just looking out for ya, homedawg.

I need to go put my BS proof boots on.

Looks like a flash flood's a brewin.

Uhh, they kinda like update it 'n stuff. Chrome is still the best out there. The only thing I use IE for is to download Chrome. Then I close it posthaste.

I'm not gonna sell my house. I'm creating this environment for my family and don't give a shit about the value.

We actually live in a historic section of town and could get our house registered, but you have to follow very specific guidelines when/if you can even remodel.

You're the biggest computer nerd evAr.

He couldn't reach the top of the painting to do vertical stripes.

Oh, and did you capitalize the A as some surreptitious way of calling me an asshole?
