Hmm, interesting. I have never bought it, so I didn't know if you could or not. All of the venison I have ever eaten has been from individuals.

yeah, it has to be slaughtered and USDA inspected, that's tricky with undomesticated animals so it drives the price way up.

Here is a real quick one, Skid. Don't have a lot time to mess with it at work today. This looks like it may be an older pic of Joseph based off of what I saw in a google image search. I can probably spend some time tonight to create something better if need be.
