This turkey is coming from a great local butchershop, it's a Cajun place, they sell alot of deboned stuffed chickens. Same concept with this turkey I guess. Hopefully it's good, if not I'll just try to think about all the fried turkey I ate at work the day before.

In all seriousness, ham and venison are the only two things on that list I would be looking to buy. Might want to spread your wings some, though, and cook up some brisket, ribs, and sausage.

I think you just have to get the venison from somewhere that has it inspected, I have had it a couple different restaurants so there has to be a way
