I navigate the Dallas traffic every day and quite well I might add. It's not the age that dictates whether you are a good driver it's the skills.
Agreed, but in advanced age our skills deteriorate.
That's not an indictment on you.
I was taught at a very young age how to drive, but I still couldn't get my license until I was 16.
I had the skills to drive even if others my age didn't.
If you still have the skills a driving test would not be a problem.
Having a deal like that in place would/should also make auto insurance rates go down.
