You freezing your ass off up there? How are you adjusting?

I know this is going to sound dumb but i have not really ever adjusted since moving back from Florida to texas. It was 40 earlier and will be 25 tonight. It just seems really cold to me. There are folks in much much cooler weather that me out there.

It was not a real tough adjustment. Minus the snow and cold weather, the area here reminds me quite a bit from where I grew up in No Cal. Not gonna lie though...when I was walking across the parking lot with sub freezing wind blasting my face, I missed Vegas.

I will look it up. My teen years were spent in Yuba City. Graduated HS there. Wife is frm there and her family is still there.

Sonora may be a better reference...pretty much 2 hours south of Sacto and 2 hours east of the bay area.

Good place to grow up for sure...no black peo...err, I mean crime and stuff.

Although now, I live in a suburb of Omaha, Bellevue...about 50K. I like a town about this size.

How cold is it there? Hell, we are at 6 with wind chill right now. I can't imagine what is up there.
