Test...

So I work with this guy and we sometimes grab lunch together. He's a loud, crude guy and is sometimes embarrassing in public, but hey, whatever.

However lately he has started just ordering water with his meal and a "shit ton" of extra sliced lemons. Then he squeezes all the lemons into the water and loads it down with sugar.... Because he doesn't wanna pay for lemonade, which they serve.

What an asshole :lol

He is a "type." Waiters run into these people from time to time. One time my boss made me charge for the lemons and the guy bellowed loudly about they weren't going to be back. The waitstaff was relieved but he was back in a few days.

I once waited on Christopher Lloyd, Doc Brown from Back to the Future, at the restaurant I worked at back in the day.

Deal with it.

They were filming Back to the Future 3 in my hometown...he also hit up the bartender for weed.

It was a simpler time then.

Was he wearing the lab coat and the watches and everything?

Normal attire.

They did have to send a cab for him on a night shoot one time because he got drunk at the Rawhide Saloon.

Great Scott!

Carrot Top did a show in the town where I went to college in the early 90s when he was an upstart comic. My roommate and I saw him out at a club that night and talked to him for a few minutes. He was looking for LSD.

Nicely done, ED.

I got cut in line by Mr Jude Law at the Peter Pan ride at Disneyland. Then on my next trip there I saw Anna Gasteyer.

I'm kind of a big deal.

Kinda? I think you're selling yourself short. You're practically legendary. I'm surprised they didn't hit you up for an autograph. That Banjo and Growler series is adored by millions. :art

Why am I not shocked that Ed looks like the type of guy that someone would hit up for LSD?

I run with an elite group, no doubt. Remind me to tell you about the time I shook Patrick Ewing's hand.

Well, I just did, there is not more to the story, so let that soak in.

Cool that you got a chance to shake hands with Pat Ewing. You should submit these stories to Hostile for embellishment before you tell them though.

:lol

At that time yes, though we couldn't help him out that night. And I'm quite sure we were not the only ones in the club he asked. He seemed pretty motivated to get some acid.

One thing I can say...Pat Ewing's mom flinched.

I once sold 2 Nintendo 64's to Jeff Bagwell, and a Norton Antivirus to Craig Biggio.

Exciting stuff, I know.

The most famous person I've ever met in person and actually talked to was Mark Cuban.

On other boards, people talk about getting to meet me.

Someone needs to bust out She Talks to Angels on The Voice this year. Underrated song.

I talked to Houston Nutt when I worked at Sonic in Fayetteville in college, and Matt Jones was my next door neighboor. Pretty big time
