Anyone ever played the game Cards Against Humanity? I was hanging out with some friends this weekend and we played a game. Quite a bit of fun.

I haven't, but I've heard it's pretty cool.

It is. Probably helps to be a bit imbibed, but it's definitely good for some yuks.

Love the word imbibed. It is underrated and definitely underused.

Isn't that a person who is disabled?

Yeah, it can be used in that sense, but it normally means to drink or absorb. So, using it in this context would mean to be drunk.

I must confess I was trying to make a funny about it sounding like invalid.

Why are shaving blades so expensive? Any viable suggestions. I use Gillette currently.

Use disposables. They ere inexpensive and do the job. At Sam's club you can get about 50 for $15'00. To me that's a year supply. By the way they are Gillette.

I don't use disposables...they are not sturdy enough to get a good shave for me.

I understand that doing these two things can triple the life of a razor blade - drying the blades after you finish (blow dry or towel dry) and running the blade up and down jeans 10 times. Prevents rusting and sharpens the blade.

I'm actually thinking of switching to the double edge safety razors. The replacement blades are much cheaper (like 25 cents each), although I'm not doing it to save money.

I've been thinking about going that route for a while now. While at the Mall of America a couple weeks ago, I found this store. http://www.theartofshaving.com/ I bought myself a shaving kit with the safety razor, and LOVE it. I only wish I had switched years ago. It's worth every penny. I went with the sandalwood scent. Smells like the old time barber shops.

I use one and love it. Nice clean shave and seems to be faster.
