They just opened up a Popeye's in Charlotte.

It had been years since I had it and I have to say that yes, Bojangles is superior in just about every way as it goes for the basics...chicken, biscuits and rice.

People here swear by chicken express but I think it is underdone. I'm not a fan of extremely white looking crust to the point of almost doughy. I went to Bush's the other day and thought the same thing. Nothing special at all.

Popeyes, Raising Canes....pretty good stuff.
