Test...

Agreed. Cheese better be solid.

Or in a pressurized can. :unsure

I will accept bleu cheese in a salad dressing. Oh, and keep that soft goat cheese crap away from me too, or I'll stab you in the eye.

Bleu cheese is the shit.

I can eat that crap all day long. Salad dressing. Bleu cheese, damn you.

There are exceptions. I'm not a steak sauce fan, but sometimes some good sautéed mushrooms on top are money. Also, I recently went to a high end steak house and they served a filet with asparagus and hollandaise on the steak. It was great.

That's different. A good steak Oscar is hard to beat, with crab meat, asparagus, and a hollandaise sauce. And some lower end cuts of steak are just better with sautéed mushrooms and onions. I don't use them on a ribeye or T bone, tho.

But people that will grill a juicy ribeye only to put ketchup or A1 or Heinz 57 on it are a blight to society.

Correct.

A refined sauce on a steak is okay.

But these people that eat a steak that is cooked properly with a bottled sauce pretty much need to just die.

I have a guilty pleasure. If there is a piece of cheese from a block that sits in the fridge for too long, I just get chunks off it and eat it.

Sometimes I just take the whole damn half of a block and go OM NOM NOM.

The only exception for me is Au Jour. And only with Prime Rib steaks. But, it's more of a dip.

Wheat bread people are weird.

But I understand it sometimes.

If you have poor quality white bread, I will accept Roman Meal or whatever it is.

I am very picky about my white bread. There is a brand here that is called Captain John Derst's.

Best shit eva. Stays fresh for a long time.

Buy the other shit? Stale the second you open it.

I just don't like the texture or taste of wheat bread. It can pretty much GTFO of any discussion concerning sandwiches.

Oh, and fuck mushrooms, too.

I prefer white bread for my sandwiches, but imo, wheat bread makes superior toast.

I'm a French dressing fan on salads.

Classy.

I like French or Catalina, but I will also accept Italian and most Vinaigrettes.

No mayo, bleu cheese, or mushrooms?

You are wasting our oxygen. Choke yourself.

I can do that with tomatoes. Just cut up a whole tomato and throw some salt and pepper on it and tear it up.

Feh.

If French salad dressing were any good, it would have graduated beyond salad to other foods like 1000 Island has.

1000 Island is nasty.
