LOL, shit its no secret, I knew I had gained some weight back but damn. I've just got to have that accountability from the people around me, I really thought I would hurt worse after running like that. My knees don't feel to bad today, my muscles are sore but it could be worse. I'm thinking about buying a bike. There's a 2 1/2 mile trail attached to the park that I ran to last night, would be a nice bike ride. That would be a little easier on my knees but I doubt I would get the same results. I know that running up hill sucks on the way home. They should always put the uphill part first.

That's the route I took when I quit smoking. It was always too easy to start back up again. So I told everyone I knew I was quitting, and posted it on facebook, too. Figured it would be harder to start up again, if I had to look forward to people bitching to me about my smoking again. It's been 1 yr 4 mos since I last had a smoke. Quit cold turkey using no aids after smoking over a pack a day for 25 years.

Good luck with your weight loss.

Riding a bike is how I used to keep my fatass in shape. I really need to get back to it.

On a serious note, It feels like I have buns of steel this morning. I even woke my wife up and had her touch it. I was all like "Hey baby, you awake yet? Touch my butt." She just rolled over. So I grabbed her hand and felt me up.
