Test...

Flat and windy for damn sure. You make it out on the town at night?

Not really. This conference had a ton of crap going on at night that my boss made me go to.

I got busy the next day because I was feeling pretty good. Had to be a bit careful during, but it worked out. However...turned out to be a mistake as the next couple of days were worse than the day of/day after. Never had the shaft bruising though. Rotating bags of frozen peas was my icing method.

I was pretty sore the day of, but felt pretty good the next day. We were moving when I had mine done, and I was moving boxes and furniture 2 days after having it done. I didn't have the bruising, either.

I did blow a stitch, but other than that, things were pretty good. :unsure

My tubes are intact. My wife had her deal done during the birth of our youngest. I like the idea of knowing that my sperm still has potential.

:lol

Not as bad as it sounds. I just felt a popping sensation. No pain, really. When I looked, I could see the stitch was loose but there really wasn't anything else wrong.

I tried to use it for a sympathy handy, but my wife told me to GFMS. :sad

What are you guys talking about?

A vasectomy?

Why would anybody do that?

I don't care if I have 49 bastard kids, I'm not getting my joint cut, please and thank you.

So says the single guy with no kids.

If you were planning to pay for those bastard fuckbois, you might care.

You would need to have someone who wants to have sex with you in order for that to be a problem.

Me - I am very popular with the 45+ crowd. Them hoes are all over me at the grocery store.

Perhaps, perhaps.

I would use all the power, money and manipulativeness at my disposal to go the skid route and get my wife to take the plunge.

Honestly, I feel bad for making my wife do it. I should have manned up and took the kick to the nuts.

Are you serious? Why would anyone not, would be my question. I had it done when I was in my mid-30s and already had 2 daughters. Guess what I didn't want in my mid-30s....another baby girl (or boy, for that matter).

The peace of mind is well worth a couple days of discomfort. Total no-brainer. Especially since I'd been kind of putting off getting it done and my wife was over a week late on her period. Scared the hell out of me. As soon as it arrived and we knew she wasn't pregnant I made the appointment and got my ass in to see the doctor.

I would have totally shit myself if I'd have had to go through another baby experience at that point, and that's saying nothing of raising/supporting another kid for the next 20 years.

My friend's brother in law had it done, didn't turn out particularly well.

Meaning he got someone pregnant afterwards (it does happen though the percentages are very low) or that there were complications following the procedure?

In the words of the great artist, philosopher and all around wordly man, Lil Wayne, I couldn't give a fuck about these haters as long as my bitches love me.

Complications, this guy couldn't run for months, had all sorts of issues and such, I think I'll pass on that one.

I thought the very same thing when I was young and single. If you ever get married, I'll bet you'll come to change your tune. A guy getting it done is MUCH less invasive. Not to mention there is absolutely no recovery time compared to what they would have to go through. And it can be easily reversed if you ever choose to do so.

Much more can go wrong with having a woman getting a hysterectomy. Or even getting their tubes tied. Easy to say now that's the route you'd take. Wait until there is an actual woman you love that would have to go thru it.
