I really wish I could TMSAW, but outside of one guy, there isn't anyone in our department that is big into the NFL. I feel as if I'm missing out.
 
Went to a steakhouse the other day and when I ordered she asked if I wanted the baked potato or fries. Does anyone seriously choose fries with their steak? Surely not.
 
CSB time! A few months ago we had an incident with a student and a bus. Apparently, she was approaching the bus from the rear, and the driver not seeing her took off. She thought he did it on purpose, and took off at a dead sprint (yes, clear across campus) to catch the same bus at the next stop. She was successful, and when she got to the bus, she climbed up on the bike rack on the front of the bus, and started screaming at the driver through the windshield. The driver had no clue who she was or why she was screaming at him. The cops responded and jumped out of their patrol cars with guns drawn. Apparently, the driver called it in as "My bus is being taken over". :lol

The momma called the President of Tech and we had to do a 4 week investigation because her daughter was "embarrassed" by how the cops responded. :picard

The worst part is they ended up making the driver issue an apology for calling it in the way he did. Yes, dead serious.

Yes. These people exist. And they also ask for steak sauce/ketchup for their steak.

When I see that, I really want to physically assault that person for being nothing other but a blight on society. Just disgusting.

Cottage fries with ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese is pretty good with a steak.

I like what place. I eat there but I'm not scared to go to Wendy's.

As an aside, I went to 5 Guys a few days ago and their bun was all dry and terrible. The thing just crumbled while holding it. It really wasn't good at all.

My daughter is going through her tween rebellion stage and her phone is due for an upgrade, which she will likely get as a Xmas gift.

I now use "flip phone" as an instant threat whenever she is insolent.

Changes that little attitude quick.

It is a new foodie artsy-fartsy thing.

You end up having to monitor the temp, then sear at the end. Supposedly makes a more evenly pink steak if you are going on the rare side.

I have tried it, I don't see that it makes a difference.
