Test...

I quit smoking a long ass time ago. Now I smoke cigars butt not many. I haven't had one since Saturday. Before that it must have been two weeks. Occasionally I will go through periods where I have 3-4 per weeks and then I maybe go a few weeks between.

Well, I'm done. I'm never going through this nonsense again.

Get after it, brotha. It will pay dividends in the future.

It's just so much easier not to smoke. Not even factoring in the health and other obvious benefits.

I quit cold turkey a little over 2 years ago, after smoking over 25 years. Don't go into it being hesitant. And whatever you do, don't take the occasional cheater drag. You have to have your mind made up to quit completely, or you'll eventually slide back into it.

I had tried Chantix, gum, Nicorette, etc... But they were crutches, and made for an easy excuse to go back to smoking once you were done using them. Cold turkey is the way to go. Good luck.

Thanks. Yeah, I quit smoking about 5 years ago and that's how I did it. I don't want this to drag on. I will just deal with it for the 2-3 weeks it will take to get over the withdrawals.

I guess you didn't quit after all...

I quit ten years ago, after a pack a day habit for 10 years. You have to think one day at a time, heck one smoke at a time and just think before you light up "Do I really need this? Will I feel better afterwards? once you get it through your skull that the answer to both questions is no you'll be fine.

Well, I suppose technically speaking no. But, I didn't smoke for 3 years, so I have gone through the process before.

I just spent the last few seconds of my life explaining to my son that the Farmersonly.com thing was not a joke commercial.

I'm about to quit smoking... again. I'm going cold turkey just like I did before. This time it's forever. I'm never going through the BS of quitting again. Basically, I'm going to need to support of the DCC testing group during this ordeal.

Thanks in advance,

Smokefree in Lubbock

Quitting is easy, I do it every year.

It's a catchy jingle, and one that I find my daughters singing more frequently than I'd like.

I quit 2 weeks ago.

The withdrawals aren't so bad, but I'm bout ready to choke a bitch at home.

Smoking is all I got...I think I had 3 yesterday, so I am not a heavy smoker. I gave up drinking and carousing, eat like a fag now, so I indulge with a few smokes daily.

If I could keep it like that at 3 daily max. I'd smoke too, probably...

2233boys would be proud.

I'm really surprised that I've been having cigars occasionally for the last 3-4 years without much of a problem. I don't feel the need to have one all of the time.
