Mashed potatoes are a given...the green beans were a good call, but a nice corn on the cob would be good in that case as well. I just don't like 2 starchy sides.

Also...with the current eating habits I have now, I don't eat any good food like this.
 
Walleye is the correct choice for best fish ever.

Those are really good, depending on my mood though sometimes prefer a good BLT with avocado

We used to catch Ling Cod up the coast...that was the best tasting fish I ever had.

When I make homemade French Dips I sautee some onions and melt a little provolone onto the roll. I call them Freedom Dips though, but I love America.
