For DCC PROPS (Products Receiving Official Premiere Status), voting will be conducted as follows:

A separate poll thread will list five products. Any product receiving at least 14 ayuhs will be awarded PROPS status. There are about 20 regular Testers, so 14 ayuhs is 70% approval, demanding criteria for sure. Voters will have 21 days to vote before poll closes.

I need your suggestions for nominees. I have Ryobi drills, Papa Murphys, Whataburger, Wendy's Hot Sauce and Van Halen.

Michelle Rodriguez, Mel Kiper's Blue Bible, skinny jeans and guacamole did not make the cut. Give me suggestions of any kind -- cigars, beer, condiments, cars, women, movies, etc...

While all worthy topics, you might want to restrict it to something everyone has experienced if you're hoping to achieve your PROPS. I, for instance, have never had Pap Murphys or the Wendy's Salsa. Neither were available here.

I haven't either. Which is why deciding the number of ayuhs was tough. I didn't know if it should've been an 'ayuh:feh' ratio, but I figured it's easiest to do just 'ayuh' votes. Now the tough part is figuring out how many people will vote and what's the best approval percentage - 50%, 60%, 70% and so on.

I would just set a time limit on the poll and the one with the most ayuhs at the end gets it. I know you're trying to make the PROPS sacred and well-earned, but I'm not sure you will get there requiring 14 ayuhs for single product.
 
Never had a Papa Murphy's, Whataburger, or Van Halen...so can't speak to those.
 
I would be happy to send a packet of Wendy's Hot Sauce to each tester for testing purposes.

Do not make love to it, though. That is not what it's for.
