Test...

This is the greatest country on Earth. There isn't anywhere else I'd rather live.

That said, you have to be living under a rock to think that a lot (I'd wager a majority of) Americans aren't horrible people.
I think that is painting with a pretty broad stroke...particularly that the majority are horrible people.

If you have an internet capable TV you can download the app that gives you access to everything.

Mine is a smart tv with a browser but I don't know whether it will down load anything. I guess I could research it. There are pre loaded apps so maybe it will accept others. I don' recall seeing it in the manual but thanks.

When I first started watching 'The Walking Dead' I thought it was stupid that groups would fight/kill each other over supplies rather than banding together to increase their odds of surviving. But after watching people beat the hell out of each other year after year on Black Friday, I can see that show producers knew what they were doing.

The Walking Dead does a nice job depicting how Americans would probably react during an apocalyptic event.

You know, that's something I thought of watching those videos.

These greedy idiotic people would eat through someone's ass to get what they want.

If it were food or water, you are damn straight they'd kill for what they wanted and wouldn't give two shits about it.

By and large, I think our entitled culture gives us a stronger chance of having "horrible people". We do live in a greedy and materialistic culture, whether people want to admit it or not.

That's because of the what, 200 max people you know, most of them are probably pretty decent.

There are almost 300 million more you don't know.

I'm not saying they all suck, but I'd bet a majority do.

Go to where your apps are and there should be a search feature.

I disagree with the majority being bad people.

So, you run into more courteous and respectful people on a daily basis than disrespectful? I know I don't. I run into more rude people daily than the opposite, and it's generally not even close.

I think people who are talking about Amazon Prime right now are horrible people.

Agreed, for me it's not even close.

I need to live where Carp has lived, seriously.

Carp also has been in the military and I think there is more sense of honor and respect amongst the people involved.

Try working in retail and the service industry for a while and you really really see the shitty side of the populace.

Pretty much, but I don't seek out things to complain about like many do. People want to be offended.

I have lived in a lot of places and the variety of respect varies from place to place.

I will say that overall, we are not a polite society. In fact, when someone does something respectful and polite, it is sometimes kind of shocking.

There is a difference between being offended and noting an observation.

Trust me, there is very little the average fucking person can do that would possibly offend me because I expect so little.

That could definitely be part of it...also, the public treats military a little differently...deserved or not.

I've never had to live like you people.

This is the nicest community I have lived in by far.
