Article on this... The writer says he was an intern in 2009, but he sounds like a millennial who thinks "the end of the world" is some kind of a joke. He obviously doesn't comprehend that the Cold War in the 80s was a real thing that could have gone hot, in which case we'd all have been dead and he'd never have been born. It wasn't just some novel or TV plot.
