There's tons of football left and you don't want your team gong into the half being completely deflated.

Get the 3 points and focus in regrouping. Instead, the team goes in feeling completely defeated.

Damn right he was.

Before Flacco went nuts last year, it was Aikman in 92 who had the record for most efficient playoff season for a QB.
 
Why is it people feel compelled to excuse Manning?

The guy is all FAIL when it comes to big games. Thankfully he won one rain drenched game against a Rex Grossman QBed team to actually have something to hang his hat on.
