Russia Invades Ukraine

Said it before, but I can't help thinking to when Tucker Carlson interviewed Putin and asked him who runs the United States. Putin laughed and said something like, "The people who have always run it."

I'm not sure what that means, but I assume he meant the CIA or something similar. They obviously don't control everything, but apparently some things they do.

Equally retarded to the “he hasn’t brought down the price of eggs in six weeks” whining is the “he didn’t end the Ukraine war in 24 hours like he said he would,” accusations.

Maybe this is the problem. Maybe you think he’s a liar because you are too stupid to understand what hyperbole is.

He CAN end this war in a way that no other European leader is willing to or able to. That much is beyond clear. His office alone establishes that as an irrefutable fact and when he calls attention to the fact that the last man to hold his office was unable and probably also unwilling, he’s correct about that as well. So, again, you are the liar here.

Whether Zelensky prefers to be obstinate and have the peace come once he’s been thoroughly trounced first or whether he’d like to be sensible is up to him. But I agree that with Trump that we should not pump untold billions more into this thing because it’s not winnable and if you had an ounce of sense you would agree too.
Ahem... you were saying?

Ahem... you were saying?

What exactly is the issue? I was pointing out he has the ability and power to end the war in a way no other European leader could.

That wasn’t a guarantee it would happen. Also doesn’t change that the last admin was unable and “probably unwilling.”

The issue is, contrary to what you said, he CAN'T end this war, it's pretty obvious.

And no argument WRT the last admin was unable and unwilling.

Well what I said before was clearly WRT the last admin. And I never said he’d definitely end the war, just that he has more ability to.

More like the CIA, the military industrial complex, and the Ukraine lobby all visited in their fancy suits and told this administration how it was going to be or they would start to lose family members.

I don't like it but at least there's obviously an end goal (peace), as opposed to endless funding of an endless war that the previous administration made NO effort to end or even mitigate.
It didn't cost the USA a dime.

Gotta say, I'm a bit confused as to why Trump would be going against his BFF Putin like this considering we've been told that he's a Russian puppet/asset and all.

Supposedly he is Putin's bitch, maybe that upset him?

When we send them weapons they're almost entirely being built by American companies, we aren't just sending them billions in cash for fun to do whatever they want with it. It's basically a white collar jobs program.

Those rare earth minerals they promised us won't be coming if Russia wins and seizes the entire country.
