Russia Invades Ukraine

Not sure why Ukraine or Biden would deny it. That pipeline is a legitimate target.

Biden would because blowing up a pipeline would be a direct act of war.

Plus they want to make the Russians look as evil as possible. Not to mention this hurt Germany a lot, and they're supposed to be our allies.

Civil war people. Shit is happening right the fuck now!

Putin has no one to blame but himself. You don't invade and surround a capital unless your going to flatten/destroy it. Hannibal Barca did the same silly shit outside the walls of Rome, go see how it turned out for him.

They were pushed back/forced to retreat, it's not like they entered Kyiv, looked around and said "well, that'll do" and left.

After digging around a little more, it definitely looks like a civil war has broken out in Russia.

This is a good thread on it all...

Or it could be an elaborate ruse. The mercenary leader has turned right around when he gets the compensation right. This should be interesting.

Even if true -- which I'm skeptical of -- that might not be a good thing. Even if Putin loses, who knows who the next ruler would be. They might be worse.

Bottom line, a nuclear country who hates us having a civil war sounds like a bad idea.

That's a very valid concern.
