MSNBC was digging Walker’s grave about a half hour ago. There’s still so much out in the rural areas that he can easily make up the deficit. It’s probably going to be a runoff.

Just heard he's up a point, and with most of the later votes being rural ones, he's looking pretty good. Just hope to avoid that runoff.

If tonight is any indication Trump is probably the only Republican Biden would have a good shot against in 2024. For the good of the party and really the country they need to run some sort of semi-normal candidate who doesn't talk nonstop about fake elections and Jews controlling the weather or whatever.

I mean, the president has dementia and nobody seems to care, so... probably?
This cycle has been a combination of more election shenanigans (like 2020) and really bad candidate selection for the Pubs.

This is looking like a disaster for Republicans. If they just barely take the House and don’t take the Senate it is terrible for them. In the climate with this President this is the best they can do? Alarming. And they better push out Trump and make today’s big winner DeSantis their new leader.

I always thought everyone put too much emphasis on the stroke. It was almost a distraction from his atrocious issues on eliminating fossil fuels and being left of Bernie.

Besides, to many Dems these days, any kind of disability is actually a positive.

I wonder if less than expected turnout was the problem for Republicans or whether independents didn’t break their way as expected, or what.

Lake had a big lead in almost every poll, and the polls usually oversample Dems. Even MSNBC was griping about how weak Hobbs was. This doesn't make sense at all.
