Isn't that kind of you know, disrespectful? If I walked into court like that the judge would be furious. Hell some judges would tell me I have to leave.

Also I find it a bit sexist as there is no way in hell a male would be allowed to do that. But if you say something about her clothes you'd probably get labeled sexist because you can't comment on a females appearance without it being so.
