There is a rumor circulating that Alito may announce his retirement soon to give Trump an appointment before the midterms.

Clarence Thomas should as well but he won’t. He’s my favorite ever, but, he can’t last forever. Still you aren’t gonna replace two at once so it’s unlike Thomas steps down at all if Republicans lose the Senate.
