I don't think they have the personnel to fight at the moment. Who are they going to run? Fetterman is probably their most logical candidate, then it pretty much falls off a cliff. Newsome is like a used car salesman and a child molester got together and made a baby. What's his name from Connecticut is a monster douche nozzle. They have got to find someone that is basically the anti-Biden.

There's zero chance this is true. It's not even how it works (even for Democrats). You have to go through primaries (yes they like to rig them but they're not going to rig it for idiots like this) and you don't even pick the VP until like 4 months before the general election.

They decide none of this 4 years early ever.

Reports like this, this early, are complete nonsense.

It is either clickbate, or one of them is trying to keep his or her name in the press, or both.

No chance they'd let fetterman win, because he's not controllable. Same reason they didn't let Bernie win or let RFK primary Biden.

They'd rather lose than let a Democrat they can't control win.

I agree completely, but they also know the woke bullshit has run it's course, and they are going to have to find another direction. They have literally nobody. They've spent years stocking the shelves with folks that think men can be women, and now they are here.

You still see a bunch of them pushing the DEI and trans agendas, including Walz and Crockett.

I still think it'll be Newsom, barring some Obama-like rise from nowhere by a previous unknown.

Newsom has paid his dues in the Party, and that's how it works there. Remember how he was one of the biggest Biden-backers to the very end? They'll bank on his looks and being tall and the wimmens liking him, and his being an anti-Trump "nice guy."

Besides those federal employees have killer retirements, probably great severance pay and have earned a lot of money over the years. I don't feel sorry for them.
