I think that he was basically saying the family has been in a Brownstone or something and that the man has never grilled burgers in his fucking life.

This might be more forced and staged than the time in the last when cycle Elizabeth Warren posted the video asking her husband if he wanted to have a beer with her and she looked like she'd never held a beer bottle in her life. :lol
