I'll post this in here to keep politics out of the movie thread as best we can.

When she starts slamming her fist and says "connect the dots" I actually started laughing and smiling because it was just too unintentionally perfect. Because connecting the dots, or at least connecting the real dots, leads to a realization that it was all a scam and a perfect example of fakeoutrage/victim hood that plagues America. What actually plagues America, not whatever trash she was talking about.

I also feel a bit bad for her because she sounds like Greta Thunberg who has just been manipulated and brainwashed into saying stuff because she is a very clearly mentally flawed/vulnerable human. And since then we have seen very clearly that Ellen Page suffers from some mental defects/disease.

It's just all so absurd. People are losing their critical thinking skills. I guarantee you, the government loves this because it makes people easier to control. I don't feel bad for any of them, they chose this shit.

This is the rot at the heart of woke culture: a relentless, insatiable need to posture as the enlightened saviors while being utterly detached from reality, basic biology, and basic honesty. They don’t solve problems; they perform caring about them. They don’t debate; they emote. And when the predictions flop (2030 came and went, the world didn’t end, and Smollett got exposed as a fraud), they just move the goalposts, change their pronouns, and demand you affirm the new script or be labeled a bigot.
