Feh. Romo will be the starter for at least another 2 years before a new QB takes over so I'd rather have Shaw's offensive scheme to reign him in and play smart.

Another interesting aspect of that is that it shows that Romo's not really seen as a leader on the team.

When was the last time you heard a teammate go after Brady, Brees, Manning, Rivers, Ryan or Flacco?

Eli Manning is really struggling and I haven't heard one peep from a Giants player getting on to him about taking better care of the ball.

That's because franchise QBs are rarely challenged by their teammates; especially not by some JAG like Hatcher.

If it were Ware, fine I get it, but when JAGs are calling you out you have issues.

It is sad, but I don't think Romo is any smarter than Carson Palmer and Matt Ryan.

In fact, I think he is more apt to panic in the red zone.

The red zone is the real issue. Romo actually had some good KILL KILL KILLs in KC with a wide field, but that call to Williams was full on retard.
