If you want the truth, people still cling to the bobbled snap against Seattle.

The NFL introduced a new K-ball that season that was even more slippery when wet and/or cold than previous K-balls that had already drawn complaints. It was wet in Seattle and colder late in the game making the K-ball very hard to hold, but the average fan will just think Romo dropped it because he's some kind of choker.

In a Bengals game earlier that year, can't remember who they were playing, but there was snow and the ball just slipped out of a holder's hands.

Our turnovers are down too, I think.

The sacks dropping is worrisome, but not the turnovers because they are still getting at least 1 a game, and they are critical turnovers at that.

We don't beat the Giants without the strip of Cruz, and Carr's INT sealed the deal against Oakland.

If we stop getting turnovers, then we'll really be in deep shit on defense.

Here's the full statement from officiating czar Dean Blandino on the Redskins-Giants' down-and-distance situation: "With 2:00 remaining in the fourth quarter of Sunday night’s game between the New York Giants and Washington Redskins, Washington faced a second-and-5 from its own 41-yard line with no timeouts remaining. Quarterback Robert Griffin III completed a pass to wide receiver Pierre Garcon for four yards. The ball was correctly spotted shy of the Washington 46, bringing up third down. "Referee Jeff Triplette signaled third down but the head linesman – with Washington in a “hurry-up” situation – incorrectly motioned for the chain crew to advance the chains, which caused the down boxes to read first down. "Following a Washington incomplete pass, the chains were moved back and the down boxes correctly reset to fourth down. "In this situation where there is obvious confusion as to the status of the down, play should have been stopped prior to third down and the correct down communicated to both clubs. This should have occurred regardless of the fact that Washington had no timeouts and it was inside two minutes. "Only the referee can rule and signal a first down. The official nearest to the down markers and chain crew, the head linesman, must wait for the first down signal from the referee before moving the chains. "Instant Replay did not become involved in this situation because the replay official determined that the ball on Garcon’s catch was correctly spotted short of the line to gain for a first down."

"The Seahawks are the most balanced team in the game...they run it more than they throw it"

Who said that? Gruden? If so, that's his gift of hyperbole again. Carolina is literally the most balanced team in the NFL and they are winning games too.

Again...how many Ryan shots will we get tonight...10-12?

Vaccaro is playing extremely well for them and frankly, makes Ryan's D better than it would be.

So tired of hearing about the Seattle crowd's decibel level. Mainly because I am jealous Jerry Jones didn't bother to make his perverted cathedral more conducive to maximizing noise.

Michael Bennett with a big play...Avril too.

Well, I thought this would be a game. 17-0 already.

what a cheap shot by Sherman

While I agree it was, I kind of wish we had a guy, any guy, who would take a cheapie every now and then.

Sometimes it establishes team attitude. Other times it works on someone's head.

Beautiful pass by Russell Wilson against a patented Rob Ryan full blitz.
