Yeah that's not happening. It's a great class but the depth isn't going to push RBs up. Teams are going to if anything pass and say, well there are still 20 other backs in this class we love. My guess is teams are going to have a shit load of these RBs rankings as third/fourth rounders on their boards.

RJ has some intangibles about him, but I wonder if he can pass block and worry he may be one dimensional like Pollard started though was able to overcome (and Deuce wasn’t).

Tuten is stout, and has surprisingly good hands as a receiver. His speed is evident more as he’s running away from defenders in traffic than as pure Dorsett-like acceleration.
 
By the way, just to prop another RB up who I really like is DJ Giddens. He is 6 foot 212 pounds. He plays like a big back and probably would be a 220 pound dude quickly in the NFL. He is a really north and south runner who also has legit speed. He has the KState connection with our coaching staff. Was highly productive. He has long speed as evidenced by his 4.4 forty. He isn't "elusive" but I think his speed is deceptive.

Not sure where he will get drafted. The third is probably a little rich. But man I'd love to have him in the fifth. This is a RB class that if I had the chance I may go RB in the fourth and fifth round and call it a day. Unfortunately without a fourth round pick it feels too risky to wait until the fifth to take a back. Still if you can get a Henderson, Tuten or Harvey early. I wouldn't hesitate to take a dude like this in day three if he slips through the cracks.

At the Combine, Harvey was 205 and Tuten was 206. :shrug

Harvey is more shifty than Tuten. I do think Tuten runs with a little more power. I know pass blocking is a little concern with Harvey but that's why we signed a veteran RB who is really good at it.

Tuten has ball security issues. That is a big deal.

I agree, it is an issue. I always think that's something you can coach out of a RB but you really can't afford to lose possessions at the NFL level because of fumbles.
 
I also really like Harvey, and if he can pass block and stay healthy he may have more upside than Tuten.

Level of competition concerns me, but the guy is exciting to watch
