The DOJ is also separately investigating James, as well as two other Democrats — Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., and Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook — over alleged mortgage fraud. (James, Schiff and Cook have all denied any wrongdoing.)

Letitia James is the one who ACTUALLY committed crimes, but, as ever, the Democrats play from the "Charge our political opponents with what we, not them, are actually doing," playbook.

Notably only two judges actually said the fraud should actually stand as a decision (even though they agreed the penalty should be wiped to zero as a violation of the 8th amendment). Two others said that a new trial was needed, and one said that the fraud should be overturned completely.

Amazing, that in liberal ass New York (once it's not election season) that even the Judges there basically say that he either didn't do it or that he did something so minor that the penalty is zero.

That's key. James is already trying to save face by trumpeting that "yet another court has found that Trump committed fraud," but only 2 out of 5 judges agreed that he did any fraud at all and even they said the penalty should be zero.

Two of the other 5 said new trial should be granted, but they joined with the 2 who said let the verdict stand simply because it provides the most expedient path to another appeal if James wants to.

And the fifth said no new trial, verdict should just be overturned.

So really three out of five judges said no fraud.

I'm "a MAGA" and I think it's kind of funny. Not that funny, but I get it.

But what's more funny is someone bitching nonstop about Trump's tweets for years, but then when Newsom copies him and tries to post like Trump, it's suddenly hilarious.
