Not to mention they built in an expiration date for it. They want to clean up and get out, not add to the bloat.

This shouldn't even be a partisan issue. Every single taxpayer should want the government to not pay $80 for a single screw or waste $300 million dollars on teaching paddycake to Amazon tribes.

Nah, Bessent is good. He gets it. Working for Soros' hedge fund doesn't mean he's the same politically.

I'll do my bestsest. A lot of low-hanging fruit with that guy.

I just finished the entire 3+ hour Joe Rogan podcast with him and the first thing I noticed was that the whole thing could have been done in about half the time if he didn't keep fucking repeating himself 2-3 times. The second thing was that he couldn't stay on subject most of the time if his life depended on it. Very distracted.

But hey, here we are.
