While he isn't a player of much value, they probably are tired of not getting much in return from their oft injured players, so they're trying to do whatever they can to keep these guys as healthy as possible.

Lee I get, but not Claiborne. This guy has been pure shit since he came into the league, so he could use all the reps he can get.
