I went to see AS-2 today. In 3D it was pretty spectacular. Not the best of story lines but the photography and effects overcame that enough to keep me entertained.

Watched The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty. Eh, it was okay.

Seven Psychopaths was excellent.

It's a good movie, but they could have cut 45 minutes out and nothing would have changed.

I thought everyone nailed it in that movie. In surprised it isn't talked about more.

'Godzilla' was pretty good. Definitely a worthwhile big summer popcorn movie. There was a lot of backstory & buildup & could have used a bit more actual Godzilla, but it was never boring or overly cheesy. A lot of the monster action is packed into the last 30 or so minutes. I saw it in 2D so I'm curious to hear how how much 3D enhanced the movie.

Just discovered Trick 'r Treat, which is a straight-to-disc horror film from 2007.

Old school anthology horror that I can't believe I missed out on till now. It's one I will definitely make a point to watch every Halloween.
