Must See Movies

He needs to get with Apatow or McCay and do something good. Funny People had moments, but he needs to go full hard R...and not something shitty like That's My Boy.

He could also go the weird type like Robin Williams did...Insomnia and One Hour Photo were good for him.

I couldn't agree more. His acting was Tyler Perry bad.

Honestly they could have cut his scenes completely out of the movie and it wouldn't have made a bit of difference.

From what I can tell, he plays a lovable schlub who gets with a hot chick. Then the romance is interrupted by unfortunate circumstances. But they get back together in the end. This really is new territory for him.
 
If I were Sandler, I'd do the same things. Make cheap movies that earn a lot of dough while getting to shoot in Hawaii and now Africa.

Ok you smug shit...the bigger point is his movies suck. Lots of money, got it, but I would personally like to see something else from the guy.

I get that. I haven't really liked one of his movies all the way through since 50 first dates. But I can see why he doesn't deviate from the formula.
 
Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison were epic. I want that back.
 
None of these 2014 comic book movies really grab me.

I'm usually all over comic book movies but this year's crop of movies look average at best.

Guardians of The Galaxy looks like the best one to me. I like the cast, Marvel does a great job now, and it is not a rehashed franchise.

I wouldn't mind them taking another crack at a Spawn movie. They did one back in the 90s with Michael Jai White as Spawn. It was meh.

I think with the right director and today's technology a series of Spawn movies could be successful.

I also think it's time they look at making a Wonder Woman movie. She's one of the most popular superheroes ever. If they don't want to feature her in a film by herself they should at least look to partner her up with another hero for a movie.
