I had a Senior Chief that loved to use this line.
Watched Easy Rider for the first time last night. Wasn't anything like I expected.
Put me in the camp -- and from what I saw there are plenty of others like me -- that doesn't get it at all. Why was this supposed to be so great and is in the national archives?
Guess it's one of those "had to be there" kind of movies.
It was just okay for me.The New He-Man movie got savaged, but I guess it was more comic book guys.
It was a cute movie.
I used to buy every motherfucking action figure they put out back then for my nephew.
Was it better than say the Jason Statham newest turd?He Man was trash. That went too far making the main character the opposite of HeMan. He was one open field away of getting lost to smelling the wildflowers. Just dumb and idiotic. Teela was more HeMan than he was.
The term is gentle Jesus40 years.
Jesus H. Christ.
New Spider-Man was average.
Because they made and marketed movies differently then.
And it had zero politics in it.
Well that is kind of the point.Comparing this to a black Mermaid or a black George Washington is ridiculous. It's not even close to the same.
I wasn't implying you were comparing the two. I was responding to the dumbass in the tweet.Well that is kind of the point.
Bad Boys worked. Nothing was forced. You knew what the fuck the movie was about and there was no recycling of shit and replacements for the sake of diversity.
