From the title of the movie you would think it would make you mad about the dad.
 
Just watched The Sheep Detective. It's not a movie you will want to buy or watch 10 times, but it was good. It's simple and unassuming. It's essentially an animated murder mystery. I had never heard of it until today. It was refreshing in that there was no political insinuations of any sort. It was just a good fun movie that provided an occasional chuckle. I recommend it.

I almost turned it on today but settled on Lord of the Rings instead.

I think I'm going to watch it at some point.

Sorry, I said animated, but it was CGI for parts but not animated. The humans are real but the sheep talk. It was good. It's sad that I now have to consider that level of movie good, but that's where we are now. I guess refreshing is a more accurate word to describe it.
 
It's fake.

But still, what is the angle about the depression, etc? That's a theme in the movie?

Not this other than a hateful ugly star that wanted to be a girl boss and ended up pissing off the one demographic…males…that absolutely need to go see any Super Hero movie.

If that was his way of apologizing to his target market, that was a really piss poor way of doing it.

I was thinking of that Captain Marvel or whatever that flopped after the actress made even more militant comments.

But yeah, Wonder Woman was fine. I actually liked those DC movies from those years.
