Well, I’m halfway through this piece of shit and have to say, it might be the worst movie I’ve ever seen. They must have photos of Armie Hammer with farm animals to have gotten him to do this film.

Is the acting bad? Plot terrible? No gratuitous boobie scenes?
 
Like I told a buddy who is a pretty big Star Wars fan, the first one and the originals were lightning in a bottle. You can't plan something like that, it's just everything coming together perfectly. To think you can make 15 or 20 good movies off those first three is insane.

And that's with an honest effort and not all the woke bullshit they injected. You try to make message films and it becomes even more impossible.

I disagree with that, although they have tried.

The Mandalorian first two seasons were some of the best Star Wars content in quite a while. Andor seems pretty good also. And I LOVED The Force Awakens (although episode 8 fucked everything up unfortunately).

Meanwhile Lucas was constantly sitting on his thumbs prior to selling to Disney.
