Must See Movies

I finally watched Starship Troopers. Doesn't it have kind of a cult following?

Is it good, not good, or just meh? Not saying it was terrible, but other than Denise Richards, I don't get what was supposed to be so good about it.

I'm not sure about Starship Troopers. I have never seen it. But, Super Troopers definitely has a cult following.

I enjoyed the shit out of it when I was younger. Kind of cheesy but I think there are boobs at some point and obviously gore. That's the sort of thing younger me really enjoyed.

It's one of those "bad movie with just enough positives to make it a cult following."

It's not good by any metrics. I think it's one of those things that the boobs were very nice (not even Denise RIchards!), and, it was like a first of it's kind type of thing with the war against the bugs and it just kind of came to life.
 
I'm pretty skeptical that Hollywood would basically go away... We're in the early stages of this, but I'm sure the studios will find a way to just buy the best movie/video making AI or something like that. But it's good to see them hurting.
