Murray watch thread...

Sure seems like it.

He's showing more maturity and restraint than Irvin is, and he's directly impacted over the decision.

No doubt.

When is the Adrian Peterson news conference?

:lol

Ok, I'm not one that is really on the Peterson to Dallas bandwagon, but that does look pretty good.

OK...extend Dez, then sign Hardy, Harvin, Fairly, and Tramon Williams.

Game, set, match.

I'm glad Murray got a big contract. I was never willing to want Dallas putting out that kind of money to retain him but was hoping a reasonable figure would have sealed the deal. My initial position on an offer was a $4 to $5 Million base for 4 years and low guarantees with high incentives. I would like to have kept him but I don't begrudge him moving on for a bigger financial reward.

Well, I guess you could say you "waited and you saw" incentive based deals don't work for players not desperate for a deal.

You waited too and we all learned at the same time.

Really so the fact that he fumbles and the team retains possession should be ignored?

Talk about dumbest things.

Are you saying it's not a big deal if he fumbles but the team recovers the ball?

If you are, then he's right - that is fucking stupid.
