He's the ONLY one that has a chance in that entire dog shit list to persuade Jerry to do anything.

That coupled with what I posted the other day about him actually putting together a solid staff at Colorado and letting them coach are the two big reasons why I believe he at least has a chance to succeed under our current organizational structure.

The rest of that list? They don't stand a chance.

He is scheduled already I believe with the Jags and Saints for head coaching interviews. Not sure if any of that has changed. Obviously those teams aren't interviewing him for his minority status unless there is something I'm not aware of.

Yeah none of that sounds like a knock on McCarthy to me at all. I thought we were going to hear about McCarthy cutting practice short to get his massage done or something like that.

I won't quit the board but I'll damn sure stop watching the team.

When Garrett was coach, I watched maybe 10 games in 2013 and like 6 in 2015.

And I didn't watch a minute of any of the drafts that took place between those seasons.

I pretty much stopped watching preseason football altogether for about 7 or 8 years now.

My point is, I've already been drifting further and further away from the team and only the hiring of McCarthy brought me back.... At least to some degree.

My tolerance and disinterest are even lower now than it was back then so it won't be difficult at all for me to quit altogether.

If Moore is hired, I won't bother watching a single minute of Cowboys football next season.

I think I'd prefer Moore over Deion. I very much would hate either, but with Deion I don't think I'd be able to take the circus.

The fact they are bringing him in to do it live may just mean he is more of a DC candidate and that would be someone I would definitely have on a list for the HC to consider.
